Thank you for shopping at Gandharaja. We carefully source and package every sacred offering. The following policy outlines our discretionary return guidelines and your rights in the event of a defective or damaged item.

Words whose initial letters are capitalised have meanings defined below. The following definitions apply whether they appear in singular or plural form.

Your Order Cancellation Rights

You may request to cancel your order within 7 days of receiving the Goods, or from the date on which a third party you have appointed (who is not the carrier) takes possession of the product.

Please note: All cancellations, returns, and refunds are accepted at the sole discretion of the Company. Submission of a cancellation or return request does not guarantee a refund or exchange.

If a return or cancellation is approved at our sole discretion, we will reimburse you no later than 14 days from the day on which we receive the returned Goods. Approved refunds will be issued using the same payment method you used for the original transaction, at no cost to you.

Conditions for Returns

To be considered for a discretionary return, Goods must have been purchased within the last 7 days.

Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is defective, damaged upon arrival, or significantly different from what you ordered, please contact us immediately. In these specific circumstances, you are entitled to apply for a full refund, repair, or product replacement.

To process your request, we require proof of purchase and photographic evidence of the damage or defect. Once verified, we will issue a full reimbursement or replacement at no additional cost to you, regardless of our standard discretionary return policy.

The following items are strictly final sale and cannot be reviewed or accepted for return under any circumstances:

  • Custom or personalised Goods made to your specification
  • Perishable items or Goods approaching or past their expiration date
  • Unsealed Goods that cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons
  • Goods which, after delivery, are inseparably mixed with other items
  • Goods purchased on sale or at a discounted price
  • Items or Goods that have been opened and/or used

Returning Goods

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning Goods to us. We recommend using an insured and trackable mail service, as we cannot issue a refund without receiving the returned items or proof of delivery.

Gift Returns

If Goods were marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift certificate for the value of your return. If the Goods were not marked as a gift at time of purchase, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.

Consumer Notice
In accordance with New York State General Business Law § 218-a, a written copy of this refund policy is available to any consumer upon request.
